Este mecanismo, regulado na normativa laboral, ofrece aos empregados a posibilidade de tomar un respiro ou atender a outras responsabilidades sen perder a s\u00faa vinculaci\u00f3n co mercado laboral.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requisitos e Procedemento de Solicitude<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para poder solicitar unha excedencia voluntaria, o traballador debe contar cunha antig\u00fcidade m\u00ednima dun ano na empresa. A solicitude debe ser presentada por escrito, indicando as datas de inicio e fin do per\u00edodo de excedencia. A\u00ednda que non \u00e9 necesario xustificar os motivos da solicitude, \u00e9 recomendable facela cunha antelaci\u00f3n suficiente para que a empresa poida valorar e organizarse en consecuencia.<\/p>\n<p>A empresa ten a facultade de denegar a solicitude se esta se presenta por un per\u00edodo inferior ao m\u00e1ximo legal ou se se solicitan pr\u00f3rrogas, que poder\u00edan ser interpretadas como novas solicitudes. O traballador ten dereito a un reingreso preferente, pero non \u00e1 reserva do seu posto de traballo.
